Norse Goddess, and all round badass, Freya is said to have slept with a legion of Dwarves in order to obtain an Amber necklace, so much was her love for the stone (or resin, if we’re going to be technical).
For me, Amber works by igniting the fire within. It brings out a more assertive, creative and passionate side of self that often gets side-lined. I find it to be a wonderful stone to help ignite creativity and the courage to fight for oneself. Freya’s the Goddess of war after all… Take no prisoners and start shining!
